Refund policy

Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all accessories, warranty card and invoice. (missing accessories or damage like scratches voids the return policy)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The cost of shipping must be shouldered by the customer (We can receive your items either 359 M.Vicente St. Mandaluyong City, or 5 Ideal Brgy Addition Hills Mandaluyong City)

Once we receive the item in good condition and there are no issues with the returned unit, we will refund and notify you right away, please note that it may take up to 30 days for credit card refunds and bank deposit refunds

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at huromphil@gmail.com.

Exchanges and Repairs (Dead Unit on Arrival)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if they do not work upon arrival. Shipping will be shouldered by us to arrange pick up and arrival IF the unit is dead on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at huromphil@gmail.com or PM us on facebook.com/huromph and send your item to: American Technologies Inc,, 5 Ideal Brgy. Addition Hills Mandaluyong City, 1552 Philippines. 

WARRANTY CLAIMS (Problems occur after 7 days)

1 Year labor and parts free (shipping excluded)/ 10 Years Motor (Slow Juicers)

1 year labor and parts for OTHER APPLIANCES

*customer neglect/ damage caused by not following the manual is not included and will be charged

If you were not able to refund the unit within the 7 day period, we are happy to assist you with any issue, first email us at huromphil@gmail.com, or even PM us at www.facebook.com/huromph to send us videos of the problem. Then you may send/bring the unit to our service center at 5 Ideal Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City after our confirmation that you have to bring the unit in. (some problems might be fixed without the need for you sending or bringing the unit in)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending the item to our service center. 

After the product is repaired, we will notify you for you to be able to pick up the item at your convenience, we can also assist booking with the delivery, however shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
